Good morning everybody.

Hope you all enjoyed watching the clouds- sorry we mean the solar eclipse on Tuesday.

We've got some great products in this weekend to enjoy with the warm weather we've had over the last couple of days (and hopefully a few more)

All your favourite prime beef cuts, such as Ribeye, sirloin and fillet steaks. Or some gorgeous beef brisket too for a great slow cook or roast.

Fresh and local game in stock too! From flying to field grazing such as woodpigeon and plenty of fresh venison and rabbits.

We have some great quality pork shoulder and belly in for all of those who wish to get the barbecue on before autumn begins creeping in.

Whatever it is you're after this week. Pop in and ask our butcher!

Good morning to all our lovely customers.

Its that time once again, the butcher boys are busy prepping for this weekend's farmers markets.

You can find our lovely selection at the on Saturday

And the
At the Dunfermline Abbey on Sunday.

And oh boy do we have some interesting bits and bobs for you this week.

Fresh woodpigeon now available as breasts or as the whole bird oven-ready.

Also available this week, a handful of fresh and frozen wild rabbits. Limited quantity on these so make sure you contact us to avoid disappointment!

We've had a lot of requests lately for some nice cuts for slow cooking and barbecue; So we have delivered!

Beef brisket is back on the menu, available in a variety of sizes to fit all of your culinary needs.

Pork collar (or as Josh calls is 'Pork Ribeye') also now on offer this week. Succulent and full of flavour.

Also if you're fancying a wee pot of soup, you can with some fresh smoked ham hock.

And of course we have all of the usual cuts too;
Pork loin,
Pork shoulder and pork belly. For all occasions.

We also got a sneak peek at the sausage selection this week and have to admit, it's looking quite tasty this week. But we won't spoil it here 😉

Whatever it is you're after this weekend, make sure you pop in to the shop and to the market for some excellent goodies.

Good morning everybody!

What a sweltering week we've had so far. No better feeling than getting home and having a barbecue in the sun.

But as the weather seems to be taking a return to the usual Scottish climate, we at Kingdom Game have decided to get a few goodies in for you this week.

Brand new to our repertoire, some beef rum hearts. This delicious cut comes from the centre of the rump and is amazing for slow cooked meals or even as a steak!
Plenty of it in this week folks so nows the time to try!

Also returning this week we have the much loved beef club steak. A fantastic cut of beef with a lovely marrow bone attached for that added nutrition and taste!

Pork galore too, with plenty of pork chops, belly and shoulder joints perfect for any of your culinary needs.

A nice array of sausages this week, including the return of the wild boar with truffle and porcini mushroom.

And to spice things up a bit in the butcher shop this week, Venison jalapeños and local honey! (The same honey you can find in store!)

This and loads of other goodies this week.

So make sure you pop in and grab some great food.

Good morning everybody.

This week at Kingdom Game we are keeping it simple and returning to some of our classic sausages.

This week you can bag our first and favourite sausage,

The Hickory Smoked Venison sausage. Long time customers will remember this bad boy and how good it is on a barbecue.

Returning as well this week is the fantastic Wild Boar with Tomato and Italian seasoning. Personally I love mixing this one through a pasta! But just as good on a roll.

And of course, we can't lose the toulouse, that's why this week you can sn**ch up these fantastic French-inspired sausages.

No Added Gluten Steak Lorne also available in half and full blocks fresh this week so grab them while they are fresh!

We also have a new premium steak for you all;
Beef Club steak!
This fantastic piece is well sought after by many barbecue enthusiasts. Ideal for high heat cooking like grilling or pan frying.

Scotland's favourite butchers are back from their adventure at Scone this week.

The boys carried out a very informative demonstration on how to butcher up a deer at the BASC tent on Sunday.

Not only that, they supplied some amazing sausages for the caterers. The feedback we've received is brilliant. The lords, ladies and members of Parliament couldn't stop singing their praises!

So if you'd like to try some of the upper crusts favourite bangers and burgers, you can this week in our wee shop.

Or maybe make a day of it and enjoy the scorcher we've got going on by visiting us at the markets!

Saturday you can find us at the Solsgirth Home Farm Market

And Sunday at the Dunfermline City Artisan Market.

We've got plenty of goodies on the go this week suited best for the barbecues.

Plenty of prime beef steaks,

Succulent pork cuts for smoking and grilling.

And every piece of venison you can imagine for any occasion.

And I've been told, that there are some unique returning flavours returning to the burgers and sausages this week.

So I've you'd like to get your hands on some of the most sought after sausages this side of the border, then you better get yourselves down to Kingdom Game this weekend!

A wee announcement before our usual post.

We would like to let all of our lovely customers know that our shop will be open this week; Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

We will be closed this Sunday as our amazing butchers will be joining BASC at the Scottish Game Fair to provide an exclusive butchery masterclass!

So if you want to see how the best game butchers in Scotland do it, then keep an eye out for the main BASC tent at the Scone Palace this Sunday!

What a lovely weather we have this morning.

Maybe not the best time for a barbecue, but that should stop you from getting a nice cosy dinner.

Thats why this week we have some fantastic smoked ham hocks for making soup.

Or some Angus Tomahawk steaks for a nice sharing steak dinner.

Good morning everybody.

We all know the quickest way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

Thats why this fathers day you should treat the old man to a nice dinner.

On offer this week we have a very good deal on good Scottish Tomahawk steaks.

Of course we have plenty of other options for steaks like top grade sirloin, ribeye and fillet.

Also on offer this week we have some amazing pork collar, although the weather isn't the best, we would still recommend getting the grill out and sticking it on an open flame.

Our butcher has made some very interesting bangers this week too,

The return of the Pheasant tikka Masala sausage

And our brand new, Wild Boar with truffle and porcini mushrooms.
Rich with umami flavours perfect for a very special father's day dinner.

Of course we have plenty of venison too for all you game fans.

Good morning everybody.

Its that time of the month again! Farmers markets this weekend!

Of course we will be attending both this weekend taking along some very exciting products.

Beef Tomahawk, unleash your inner caveperson and grab one of these prime steaks at a great price! Perfect for barbecues and Sunday dinners that will be to die for.

Or maybe youre wanting a banger that has come from the mind of our favourite wee butcher?

Wild boar and Calabrese 'Nduja sausage. Our take on the rich and complex flavours of the southern Italian region. We highly recommend putting it through pasta or as a topping for a pizza!

And for you seafood lovers; Sashimi grade fresh Tuna! We are lucky to have a nice big piece in, so our butchers are happy to slice you up a chunky steak. Very limited quantities so you better get in quick!

And of course we have some amazing pork on offer too. Full flavour, Pork belly. The ultimate piece for smoker and barbecue connessiers.
