Crochet in the Glen

Crochet in the Glen Hi, I’m Sara and I love to crochet. I live in the heart of Scotland and I’m always inspired by the beautiful Scottish landscape.

My crochet creations are modelled by my husband Sean, in his own unique style. I moved to Scotland over three years ago from the busy south of England to escape the rat race. My children had all grown up and I wanted find a different way to live. I started a vegan Bed and Breakfast on the west coast of Scotland with my husband and taught myself to crochet. I have made so many crochet items for family and they all kept telling me I should sell my items online. So that’s how Crochet in the Glen was born.

to my Moorland Harmony blanket. Using the Lucy Attic24 Moorland colour pack and the Harmony layout by Kaz
I switched the squares to sunbursts. I absolutely loved making this blanket, seeing the beautiful colours develop. I also made a matching cushion with the leftover yarn.
