Wow how did march creep up on me so quickly!

I’ve not posted since the beginning of the year! 😳

WARNING CONFESSION AHEAD… 😴so I been taking some “me time” to REFILL my cup. Who knew it would take me so long lol 😂

I’ve given myself PERMISSION to do nothing, ( which started as an opportunity to catch up on tv programs and binge watching on Netflix 🤫) I’ve spent time being still in the quiet ( It’s been a very long time since I did this- just listening to the noise of the wind and rain- definitely soothes a busy head like mine) I’ve not pushed myself to do more then necessary- ( it certainly helped in February half term that my kids were away for a few days with grandparents-Whoop 🙌🏼) Ive done basic chores at home ( literally the bear necessities 🙈) all in aid of being able to be the best version of myself! Giving myself time to reflex, I think I’ve only just begun to scratch the surface here with trying to find the perfect balance…

When you spend your time putting everyone and everything it eventually takes it toll, I always take on too much and never get round to completing everything I start! I hate to ask for help ( those that know me well will already know this, I’m just too stubborn to admit it times)

I’m learning that I need to ensure I make myself a priority before I pour into others cups.

PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF A PRIORITY TODAY- just 5 minutes for your self can do you the world of good!! Save yourself from having to take so long to reset by making yourself a priority every day!! X

Throw some hearts 💕 in the comments if you can relate, if you need to be reminded, if you just wanna share some love 💕 it will be appreciated

Let’s hope the sunshine abs warmer days arrive soon!

Omg back to school already!! I’ve been working most of the extra days everyone seemed to have off- so for me I really could have done with the extra day lol although this will mean I can actually tidy up and it might just stay clean for longer then 30 minutes 😂

Roll on the morning 🥱 so not ready for school run!

So I’ve been burning mulled pear and cranberry punch which has been perfect for evoking the Christmas spirit… so next I’m thinking I need to ramp up the Christmassy- ness so can only be 1 option..

Granny’s Gingerbread- this one gets all the senses going.. I’ve had many people tell me they could just eat this candle! That so great to hear but please remember folks candles are not consumables regardless of how yummy they smell!!! Ha ha ha 😂
