You know what’s really sad? Recently, at a show, someone asked how much something was. It was £5. The second they heard that price, they dropped it like it was a hot potato (if you are looking for a good hot potato, we highly recommend Archie's Bakery) and then walked off. We noticed they had a large shopping bag with them from a local massive retailer.
This got me thinking - did I price too high? Was it not perfect? Was the set up wrong?
The answer to all my question was no. We priced what that item deserved to be priced at to account for the following - initial set up costs for machines (we have still never, ever made this money back), tools, the blank stock, the ink, the paper, skills, the time.
We also took into consideration - taking a day off work to try and make my “side hustle” less of a side hustle, prep, petrol, parking, pitch fee, even containers to move the stock with. These all cost money.
I know times are hard, but when you pour your heart and soul into things, £5 doesn’t seem a lot does it? It’s about the price of a big brand coffee which she walked away sipping ……

Cost is £1.50 per person just so booking would work
Kids will get Gingerbread to decorate
Adults will get a Tea or Instant coffee for the price
( Or £1.50 off anything else in the bakery ;) )

19th December Friday - Should be last day of school for most kids. Time slots are starting at
2pm. 3pm, 4pm, 5pm last for 45 mins :)

Your welcome to purchase extra drinks, snacks, cakes and even treat your little one to a kids meal deal for £2.50 ( Sandwich, pom bears or mini cheddars, drink. Treat & fruit )
