Happy WIPpies Wednesday everyone, that means it’s just one more sleep until TransCraft Thursday!! What projects are you working on?

For Chris this month, they’re working on painting and printing some more pronoun and flag badges as they’ve been really popular over pride month!
For Miles, he’s working on a rebind of his comfort book. He is hoping to make this leather bound edition the perfect version of the book. If you’re joining us for TransCraft at Alington House tomorrow at 6:30pm, be sure to ask him all about it!

Durham is a Q***r City!!

Wow, what a day we had on Saturday!! It was our biggest and best pride yet! Thank you to everyone who popped by our stall in the outdoor market and thank you also to everyone who joined us in the march. You are all our community, our friends and our family. It felt so powerful to walk and raise our voices together as one!

Big hugs and compliments to and for bringing together their own communities to create a big section of the parade dedicated to q***r spaces in Durham which exist all year! It is such an honor to work with yous and I hope we can do it for many more years to come!

Today marks the release of The Cedar and the Sapphire by our author-in-residence Miles Nelson

In this hotly anticipated sequel to The Forge and the Flood, Sienna and Indigo begin a whole new adventure as their newly found family begins to grow.

Thanks so much to for this very special art made for the book when it was first written for our 5th wedding anniversary. It only feels right to share it with you all now on the day of the books release!

New Bookmarks!!

The newest design for all you BookWyrm BookMark collectors out there will be available exclusively at our stall in the Market Place this Saturday for Durham Pride!!

Also, for the first time since we opened the shop, myself (Chris) and Miles will be taking part in the march which starts up on Palace Green at 11am. If you would like to join us, you can meet us at our Outdoor Stall before we head up to Palace Green at 10:30am
