DELIVERY
Delivery times quoted are approximate. We will calculate postage costs at the time of receiving your order to ensure the cheapest rate possible. We aim to dispatch (in stock items) within 2/3 days. Orders received on a Friday will be sent on the following Monday. Orders placed after 5pm will be actioned the following day. Weekend orders will be actioned on the Mond
ay. Delivery prices will be based on the size/weight of the parcel and also the location. Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland may incur extra charges. This will be advised at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse any order/delivery of any of our products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawal of a product from delivery. If you are unable to receive a delivery and the courier makes additional charges we will not be liable for these costs. RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
please return it to us unused within 7 days for a refund of the full purchase price less the original postage costs. Unless the item was received faulty or damaged you are liable to pay return postage costs. Goods that are received damaged or faulty must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Evidence may be required. Please contact us to discuss prior to posting back to us. For any returns we recommend that you use an insured delivery service and keep your receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Cost of items will be deducted from your refund.
