Hi all, just a quick and hopefully reassuring message. It's an extremely busy time at The Crafty Freemason and I am working very hard to make sure I supply your required regalia on time and of Good quality. My shop is open every Thursday/Friday 10.30-16.00 and Saturday 12.00-14.00 outside of these hours I am communicating with my suppliers to ensure they are on time with deliveries and getting my orders placed in a timely manner. I have other commitments on the days that Im not in the shop but try to check in with my phone for messages and emails etc. On the days my shop is open, if you don't get straight through to me, its most likely Im busy dealing with customers and if I don't manage to call you back during shop hours I always try to connect outside of those hours where possible. Please be assured that I have never let anyone down with requirements unless its been out of my hands. My customers who are more than just customers are very important to me and I aim to go over and above board to ensure you receive a good customer service. I am well, and Im not on holiday, 🏖 just very busy doing everything I can to provide what is needed. Please don't worry about your regalia and please feel free to call me or text me anytime for an update i will always respond at some point.
