Out Now!!! Oh help! Oh no! It's the Gruffalo Granny! Hip hip Hooray! She's coming to stay!

Pop into Waterstones Durham to grab your copy today and celebrate the release of the fabulous Gruffalo Granny.

We have Free crafts and activities available all weekend, with Storytime (including Makaton signs) on Thurs 10th and Tues 15th September at 11.30am. No booking needed.

Schools, nurseries and group are welcome to get in touch to arrange a free storytime and activity session in store.

It's our stocktake tonight, so we'll be closing a little earlier than usual at 5.00. Part of our first floor will be closed before 5.00 as well. Our sister shop up the road on Saddler Street and our shop at the Arnison Centre will be open as usual.
Feel free to pop in and buy lots of books today, so we have less to count!

Only a couple of more days until Max Adams will be here in store on Wednesdav 2nd September at 7.00 to deliver a talk about his fantastic new book 'Domesday'.
