Unfortunately, this customer had been left with a jumble of pipework and a filter system that wasn’t running correctly.
We stepped in to put things right, tidy up the pipework, and get the filtration system working as it should.

If you’re looking for a professional, reliable pond or filter installation, get in touch with Perfect Ponds & Koi.

🐟💧 Keeping your pond’s pH stable! 💧🐟
Sam’s been busy bagging up bicarb, ready for use both in the shop and out on site! 💪
KH (carbonate hardness) plays a vital role in maintaining a stable pH in your pond, helping to prevent sudden pH crashes that can put your fish at risk.
As KH levels in our area are often very low, we regularly test pond water and use bicarbonate of soda (bicarb) where needed to help buffer the water and maintain a healthy, stable environment for your fish. 🐠💙
Prevention is key when it comes to pond health! 🌿💦
