Our small Daisy team work incredibly hard to create beautiful flowers and provide compassionate service, especially for life’s most sensitive occasions. We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and we’re always happy to put things right where needed.

However, we ask that our staff are treated with the same respect and kindness that we strive to show every customer. No one should feel intimidated or reduced to tears simply for doing their job.

💐The shop is still experiencing broadband/internet problems, the phones have been diverted to a mobile so we can still accept calls.

we can also still accept orders placed online, but we have no access to our emails. Should anyone who has sent an email and still awaiting a reply, please call us on the shop number 01355 571600.

We have a technical team working on the problem who have advised that they are doing everything they can to fix the fault as soon as possible.
