It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on our little Roo’s Ranch page! 🤎

We’ve been so busy with the garden centre this year that I’ve not really been hatching, just enjoying all the animals in our spare time. 🥰

Anyway… we have a small batch of Serama chicks hatching! 🐣

✨ Ready to collect from 24th July
🔥 Will require a heat source
🐥 Unsexed

Mum and dad can both be seen on collection (I’ve added a photo above!).

If you’ve never had Seramas before, they’re honestly my favourite little chickens. They’re tiny, full of personality and so easy to keep.

There are only a handful available, so it’ll simply be first come, first served.

I’ve just realised… I’ve never actually shown you my full set up on here 👀

So here it is!

I’m actually super proud of it 🥹
Scott built it because he was sick of my old set up… it made everything 10x harder than it needed to be 🤣

Now I can actually enjoy my animals rain or shine 🐓🥰

Now 1 week old and doing really well!

Hens only:
• 1 x BCM Cross
• 2 x USA Silkie chicks

All are DNA sexed, so there’s no need to worry about ending up with cockerels.

Just a little update… since the garden centre reopened it’s been non-stop 🙈 there’s just not enough hours in the day at the minute 🤣

BUT… I’m still hatching away in any spare time I get 🐣✨
This week we’ve had Indian Runners, and by the weekend we’ll have Seramas back again!

I do sometimes have hatching eggs available when my incubators are full from:
🥚 Indian Runners
🥚 USA Silkies
🥚 Seramas

And if you’re just wanting a more affordable option to have a go at hatching, I’ve also got a mixed coop (BCM cockerel in there too 👀)

Good Morning you lovely lot 🤍

So sorry I’ve been a little MIA on here!
As most of you know, we reopened the garden centre yesterday and the last two weeks have been FULL ON 🙈🌿

I’m back on ranch duties today though and around all day if anyone would like to collect 🐓🦆

• Indian Runner Duck

🐔 I also have a few hens looking for new coops.

Roo’s Ranch reshuffle incoming 👀🐓

Over the next few days we’re having another little pen reshuffle here at the ranch… which means we’ll have quite a few Silkie pullets looking for new coops 🥹🤍

We’ll also have a few Silkie boys available for anyone looking to start a little trio 🐓🐓🐓

I’ll be popping them on our stories first, so please keep your eyes peeled 👀✨

If you’ve already messaged me about Silkie hens, I should have replied — but if I’ve missed you (mum brain is real with the kids being off🤣 🫣) please just give me a little nudge to remind me if you’re still interested
