The TRAVELER’S notebook 2027 DIARY lineup has been announced! 🎉 Pre-orders go live 7 September at 4pm ☺️

This year, the 2027 versions of the Plastic Sheet, Clear Folder, and Customised Sticker Set feature a beautiful design themed around “Every TRAVELER’S notebook is unique and that’s wonderful.” 🤗

One of the things we love about meeting people and chatting at the shop is discovering how people use their TN’s differently and the unique personality that each notebook has.

The joy of travel lies in discovering a world you’ve never seen before. Your heart races at the sight of unusual architecture and signs; you savor dishes you’ve never tasted before; and you lose yourself in music you’ve never heard. Being moved by experiences you can’t have in your daily life unleashes your imagination and broadens your world. Finding these “differences” is the very joy of travel.

TRAVELER’S notebook, customised to your personal taste and filled with records of fun experiences and things you love, is like an extension of yourself. That’s why, even though they all start out the same way, each notebook becomes unique to its owner—a one-of-a-kind creation.

Join us for an offline afternoon at our next Sea & Sketch meet-up! ✍🏻

It’s free to come along but please do book a free ticket so we know how many people to expect. You’ll find all our events on the ‘workshops’ tab of our website ☺️

For this Sea & Sketch, we’ll meet down Eastbourne Beach, by the Holywell Tea Chalet, and head down onto the beach for a spot of sketching in the wild!

Please bring your sketch book and any materials you’d like to use with you. You may also wish to bring a camping chair or blanket to sit down on the shingle beach! ☺️

This event is an informal meet-up and part of ‘The Analogue Club’ - our series of events that aim to create the time and space for people to come together and enjoy an offline activity in the company of others.

There are no expectations or formats to follow.

Just come along, sketch and enjoy! All welcome ☺️

A little reminder that the shop will be closed Sunday 9 - Monday 17 August while we take our summer break with our small humans 🚂 🏰 📚 🧁 🧙 🐉

The shop will be back open on Tuesday 18 August and the Kaweco DIY machines will be ready for more pen making fun!

Any online orders placed while the shop is closed will be wrapped and sent out the week we are back. 📦

We won’t be on social or checking messages / emails while the shop is closed so that we can enjoy some offline, analogue time!🤘🏻We’ll respond to any messages once we’re back in the shop.

We loved making this year’s glow in the dark limited edition Kaweco Fountain pens on Saturday!! If you didn’t manage to make it to us for Stationery Store Day, don’t worry… we won’t leave you in the dark! 😉 The machines will be with us for all of August!! 🎉

But please take note of our openings hours and especially our August holiday!! 📅

The shop will be CLOSED Sunday 9 - Monday 17 August for our summer break! 🌞

Outside of this, our usual opening hours will be:

Bring along an existing project or get started on a new one. There are no rules or formats to follow - do your scrapbook, fill up your art journal or create a collage from our supplies - It’s really just an excuse to be creative with others!! 😊

- £7 per person, refreshments included.

I’m so excited to share these beautiful new stamps that the wonderful Skull and Cross Buns Rubber Stamps (aka Emily & Jon) have created for us!! 💛 🥰 ❤️

Their carefully crafted stamps create mini pieces of art on the page and their attention to detail in the way they are made produces a clear and beautifully detailed stamp every time you use it! I can’t explain how satisfying lovely their stamps are to use 🥰

I first came across Skull and Cross Buns Rubber Stamps when I bought myself one of their cute little bear stamps to decorate some goodie bags for a TRAVELER’S notebook meet up and I loved it so much I wanted them in the shop! 😁

As you might imagine, we love things that are vintage travel and analogue inspired for the shop, and we’re so grateful to Emily (and Jon!) for bringing these designs to life for us! 🤗

We hope you’ll love them as much as we do! ❤️

Join us at the shop this Saturday 1 August to celebrate Stationery Store Day!!!! 🎉 ✏️ 📔 🖊️

We’ll be open 10am - 3pm with official SSD merch available in the shop on Saturday (and on our website from Sunday!)

We’ll have activities in the shop, including our Journal Stamping Station and Typewriter for mini notes, as well as hosting the Kaweco Distributor UK DIY Fountain Pen Pop-up!

If you’re making the journey to see us, we’re just a 2 min walk from Eastbourne train station and we’re lucky to have some amazing coffee shops and cafes along Grove Road to keep you caffeinated and fed! 😁

We can’t wait to welcome you to our little independent, family run stationery shop! 🤗
