Nippers tie top hats, definitely not just for children
Every Saturday you can find me and my trusty sewing machine at from 10 until 5

If I don’t have your size of hat in stock I simply measure your head , you choose your fabric and I make it while you wait

Although these started off as children’s hats only I now make them from newborn to x large adult after so many requests from the “ grown up” children!!!

You can choose the length of your ties and can wear them untied or not

I also take orders for these in club colours, any quantities
