Phillippa has designed and illustrated these beautiful recipe booklets to accompany my Summer Series menu. Before each session, she hand-binds every booklet, then sets the communal tables, using flowers from our garden, grown by my husband. Phillippa’s desk is one of my favourite things about our Studio & Events space. As she’s sketching and jotting down ideas at her desk, I’m cooking and testing at the kitchen bench. It’s a very special partnership between a cook and an artist.
