PekoeTea Edinburgh based tea import/wholesale/mailorder company and tea bar. Our Tea Studio is located at 11 Leith Walk in Edinburgh.

We source the finest single-estate teas and create unique hand-crafted blends at our Edinburgh Tea Factory in the historic port of Leith. Our blends are created from scratch and are inspired by our Scottish heritage; every blend tells a story bringing together the finest natural ingredients and flavours. Our single-estate teas are traded directly where possible and we are proud of the personal relationships we have made with tea growers and producers around the world.

🍊✨ Orange Blossom Oolong Iced Tea
Iced tea made with our Orange Blossom Oolong blend is a refreshing burst of delicate orange and caramel flavours. Ideal for a slow summer day!
Recipe below

🍃Brew 5g (2 tsp) of loose leaf tea or two of our pyramid teabags in 300ml of boiling water for 3 minutes
🍃Remove the leaves and let the tea cool before refrigerating it for a few hours/overnight
🍃mix the chilled tea with lemonade in a 2:1 ratio (2 parts tea, 1 part lemonade)
🍃add your choice of chopped fruit garnish
🍃Then enjoy!

🌅🫖 Highland Whisky Iced Tea
An iced tea made with the Highland blend from our Whisky collection. Blueberries and cinnamon make this a perfect blend of sweet and spiced, and we think it goes perfectly with lemonade.
Recipe below!

☀️🍵 Summer Fruits Iced Tea
Inspired by eating fresh cut strawberries at a summer picnic, this blend of sweet white and green tea makes a perfect iced tea. Notes of strawberry, kiwi and coconut are exactly what we need when it’s hot outside!

An iced tea featuring our Blue Lady blend, a refreshing alternative to an Earl Grey. Infusing subtle rose and grapefruit, this is one of our favourites for Summer,
