Calligraphy - I’ve always loved writing, probably because it was one thing i was good at…I couldn’t spell (still can’t, dyslexic) but I always loved calligraphy and then I took night classes to learn properly. I’m happy to do request and personal messages. I’ve previously made these for parties, wedding favours, table names settings, little gifts for posting abroad. I have them around my house with special sayings or place names, that mean something to our family. I hang them from cupboard doors, chest of drawers handles, on a plant, in the bathroom, beside a light switch etc. ~ this one is inspired by my way of life 🤣😂🚢

After a very busy 2 weeks working flat out, time for….Beach walks and beach cleans - the beach needed this after the good weather, so many plastics, coffee lids, mcDonald’s sauces, juice bottles, water bottles, buzz balls, juice & b**r cans and tampon applicators! ( Btw These do not go down the toilet, they go in the bin) 🚮 💕 ☀️

THANKS TO EVERYONE who came by for a blether, said nice things about my beach art and to folk who went home with a piece of beach art too. I’ve truly had a ball, and met so many lovely folk, funny kids and cute doggies. And thanks to Dougie and Andrew for continuing the huge organisation behind the largo arts week events, music and open studios. Your efforts are appreciated by many. That’s a wrap until next year! I still didn’t manage to get a video or pics of my studio. I’ll get time tomorrow- after the event!!! As my pal Nikki once said to me “Always late, but worth the wait” 😂 ❤️
