It's time to Bag a Bag. This is Ellyn showing off the rather fantastic Half Moon Bags that we call Jenny. Lots of different colours. You can see them all on the website. If you select for collection then you can get them from me (30 Bonaly Grove, EH13 0QD), I can get them to you at choir, or I can post for £4.50. You must order by 17/09 for arrival that weekend.

With the feeling that Summer has passed and Autumn is appearing I thought it would be a good idea to do a wee pre-order of bags.

The options are endless but I'm attaching what I think looks like the best selection. You can see more on the website www.lbwithlovegifts.com

All you need to do is let me know what bag you'd like and send me the money. I'll then place the order on 17th September and your bag should be with me by 19th September, for you to pick up (EH13), I can bring along to choir or I can post for £4.50. So, who's in?!!

If you know me, you’ll know that I love my choir, Singergie! The friendliness, the laughs and, of course, the singing. Well, 500 (of the 1200) members performed at the Glasgow concert hall yesterday. All I can really say is wow, what a fabulous organisation what a fabulous experience and what a fabulous group of people to do it with. I struggled to not cry in This Is Me with the audience and their lights! Honestly, joining this choir is the best thing I’ve ever done! Singergie

There’s something very humbling about watching your child being annihilated in a tennis match. We all knew he didn’t have a hope, but he kept going. Even when it started to rain, he watched the ball hurtle past, and readied himself for the next serve. Yes, he lost, yes, he’s out of the club championship, but I could not be more proud of him. Child of mine (I’m not allowed to say his name!), I salute you!
