Click & Collect - Last Day!

Home delivery still going...

Unfortunately the Scottish government has decided to stop Click & Collect for all non essential retail from Saturday (tomorrow). As we're closed at the weekends just now, TODAY is the last day for collections 😥

Hey guys, we had to abort mission with our deliveries tonight!!! The roads were just getting too dangerous, especially in the residential streets! We'll be back out tomorrow afternoon (in a more appropriate car 🤣). If you haven't received your order yet, we'll definitely get it to you tomorrow afternoon! Stay safe out there 😁

** Lockdown Plans **

We’ve been working hard to put things in place and finalise our plans! This is how we will be running the show during lockdown:

Click & Collect – with 10% discount:
We realise that some customers will prefer to come down and collect their orders, so we will be available everyday in our Dalry shop for collections only. Collections will be during a set timed window of 12pm – 3pm Monday to Friday, and must be placed on our website choosing the Click & Collect option on any product page. Orders can be placed before and during this collection window but please understand that you won’t be able to collect an order after 3pm (as we’ll be out delivering).

Orders placed after 3pm or not picked up during the collection window, will be available to collect the next day (Mon – Fri).

There is an extra 10% discount for Click & Collect orders so we don’t get too bogged down with deliveries. However, if you are in the vulnerable or shielding group please stay at home and let us bring the order to you!

Home Delivery:
Web orders for home delivery can be placed as normal and we will get your package out to you as soon as we can! We will try to deliver local orders within Edinburgh by hand, and all other orders going to the rest of the UK will be shipped as normal using the postal method selected at checkout.

– Local Deliveries:
If your order is going to an address in Edinburgh we will try our best to deliver this by hand. We will try to get the order to you ASAP but this may take a day or two depending on the volume of orders received.

– UK Deliveries:
Orders to the rest of the UK will be sent out as normal using the delivery method selected. There will be no change to the service you normally receive. Please note that Royal Mail is experiencing extreme delays just now, so please choose UPS Next Day (£5.99) if your order is urgent.

Plans Could Change:
Please understand that we will constantly review our plans as we go and we will keep you updated throughout lockdown. For example, if Click & Collect proves to be more popular than expected we may extend our collection window. Equally, if we are overwhelmed by deliveries and not many Click & Collect orders we may shorten the collection window.
