It all started with a shared idea and a belief that we could create something truly special. From travelling around Scotland searching for the right whisky vision to seeing that idea become The Sassenach, and eventually watching the first cask go into Galloway Distillery it’s been an incredible journey.

There’s been a lot of hard work, plenty of lessons, and some unforgettable moments along the way. Proud of what we’ve built so far, and even more excited about what comes next. 🥃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
