Jim creates various types of squirrel and bird boxes from recycled wood plus restores wooden chests.

Just in this morning, fresh from hives at Rothes Estate and Ben Rinnes - Triskele Heather Honey including a Bell & Ling mix which Jim assures me is delicious. It certainly smells incredible.
These honeys are unfiltered, unpasteurised and local. Absolutely nothing added.

We took one colony of bees to Ben Rinnes a couple of weeks ago just as the bell heather was coming into bloom. We are taking another couple of colonies up for the ling heather in a couple of weeks. It’ll be interesting to taste the difference between the two heather honeys.
