Bespoke art, gifts and clothing, designed and made especially for you I have a deep interest in art and fashion.

I have been designing outfits since I was still at school, making several pieces for myself, leading to some commission pieces for friends. At present, I am still learning a lot of techniques, but plan on expanding my knowledge to be able to build my business. I am also continuously developing my art skills to create beautiful pieces, mostly for friends and family, but will accept commissions if I think it possible. I enjoy making hand crafted gifts for friends and family for several years, from papercraft, to baked goods, to fibrecrafts like knitting and crochet.

I never learn, do I!!?!🤷

My last "calendar" page for the kids group at work, and I had the marvelous idea to use stars 🌟🌟🌟 as the dividing line.... Great. Fabulous idea. So pretty.... But I draw everything THREE TIMES!! 372 stars later (396 if you count the * and dot stars for the star sign section), it's done and ready for colouring.💜✏️

Also, I spent a solid 20 minutes intricately drawing hawthorn flowers🌸, inked the first one next to the "larkspur" label... 🤦I was sooooo mad at myself! Nevermind, summer holidays in three days, maybe my brain will come back sometime 🤪

I hope to get lots of art time over this holiday as both caterpillars will be away at various points with their scout troops, so I may have some more regular posts upcoming.

End of term, so no prep for next week, kids and hubby away overnight for a scout camp, meaning house to myself (plus the puppies) and a TV that decided to shut itself down... So I got some some crafting "me-time". I haven't managed any dotting for a while

Sometimes I really do make things difficult for myself! 🤦
Drawing can quite often be rather painful for me at the moment (I need to find some chunkier fineliner pens ✏️ I think).
I had to take lots of breaks to finish this page (it took me several hours, rather than just one or two), but I am very pleased with how it turned out. 😁 Even the children at school seem to like this one, I ran out of them yesterday! More printing for today's session💜
I still have a huge mountain of requests from all the kiddos to get through though

Theme at work this week is Space 🚀 (my thumb nail is so big as I had to use a press-on due to a slight mishap, and I picked the wrong size)

Bought myself some new nail art pens last week, so now my nails can match my theme at work.
Last week was Children In Need, and some of the school's superstar pupils got to go and record a song with NSI, so we had to throw some music pics in the mix too.
This week was "Scotland" to celebrate St Andrews Day. Next up is "Space", because why not! What designs should I do?

Absolutely LOVING my Secret Santa gift from work, and having time to actually do some! The last few months have been so hectic, I have had zero crafting time... hopefully I will get some over then enext two weeks 🥰

I always get a bit sad when I finish a project, especially if its one I have enjoyed or found challenging. This one was both, but I am very pleased with the finished result. I have already started my next one too 😜
