We’re ready and waiting to welcome you to Ellesmere Market Hall, where our regular traders are joined by a great line-up of Tuesday pop-ups.

From breakfasts and brews, farm produce and fabulous Italian cheeses to original art, handcrafts, handmade jewellery, home accessories, women’s preloved fashion, key cutting, angling and cycling supplies — there’s a lot to discover under one roof.

Pike is one of the fish you can commonly find in the waters of Ellesmere, and we love this latest watercolour painting by Nigel Stanton, of Meadow Art. 🎣

The artwork is available as an original painting or as a quality print. Nigel and his stunning artwork can usually be found at Ellesmere Market Hall on Tuesdays.

Nigel is particularly known for his paintings of wildlife, farm animals and birds. He also works to commission and sells art supplies.

Happy Friday everyone. It might be raining outside, but there’s always a sunny atmosphere inside Ellesmere Market Hall. ☔️☀️😀

Our traders are looking forward to welcoming you, as always, with their own unique brand of hospitality, warmth and good honest service.

So come in, stay out of the rain and enjoy a good mooch, a chat, a brew and a bite to eat - all under one roof. Find us in Scotland Street. We’re open 10am - 3pm.

The crew at Cafe and Farm shop 1221 have the coffee brewing and are all set to roll out their new breakfast baps alongside their lunch menu, delicious cakes and pastries.

Border Crafts & Greetings Cards are back with us today and will be for the next few Fridays, so a perfect chance for you to snap up some birthday cards with a difference.

Are you ready for a new outfit at a snip? Déjà vu is holding its end of summer sale today and tomorrow only, so be quick before the bargains sell out!

Mere Gifts has some gorgeous new home accessories in stock this week, including the new bronze coloured animal sculptures pictured.

Angling store Get Bites has new t-shirts and hoodies in from local outdoor lifestyle brand Kemu.

And we have lots more to excite you - from artisan silver jewellery, original art and handcrafts to a wealth of gifts, local farm produce and all things cycling store A Mere Cycle Hire and sales/Repairs.

Neither La Triestina or Lalita’s Indian Street Food, unfortunately, can be with us today or tomorrow, but they should be back next week.

Angela Georgiou Jewellery and Haydn Herbert Fine Art are also closed due to holidays.

The new 508 bus service launched this week between Ellesmere and Wem.

The service, operated by Lakeside Coaches, runs six days a week - so you can enjoy a visit to Ellesmere Market Hall on Market Days (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays).
