THE.AGC.ROAD.TRIP. PART2: THE HOME OF GOLF
What a wondrous place St Andrews is!
With every corner you turn, every smiling face you see and every conversation you have, its all about GOLF
I found myself quite often just having to take a moment to take it all in, I've never witnessed so many people collectively emersed in one thing before. I've been to many sporting events, held a specific stadium or course but never have I seen a whole town literally devoted to one subject or sport like St Andrews is
As you know I was joined by who was fantastic company, I also got to spend time with some incredible people, all of whom made the experience even more amazing so thank you all and I can't wait to continue on this journey to take to as many people as possible with your guidance, support and shared ❤️

I could honestly wax lyrical about my time at The Home of Golf forever more but this trip for me was about understanding golf some more in order to best move forward with the ultimate goal of taking the AGC to the next level and spreading awareness of the many wider issues facing our game with being that catalyst for conversation...its long journey we face but we face it together

THE.AGC.ROAD.TRIP. PART1: THE ROAD TO ST ANDREWS
It was an early start Sunday morning to collect on our journey up to but the buzz was really and we couldn't wait to get on the road
We did a cheeky stop off on the way up to visit for a bit of breakie and pick a box full of 'THE CHAMPION' collection, their latest offering for this year's Open (now available in 🦅)
Back on the road the my guy slide into those DMs having seen the obligatory early morning story and just like that we were three excited golfers heading to play some links golf
A few entertaining hours later we arrived at and what a treat it was. I'd looked at all the usual courses prior to the trip and all looked stunning but for me this trip was all about The Open but I couldn't not play my first links course whilst in the land of golf. This course just ticked a lot of boxes, affordable green fees, stunning views, signature holes in the 6th par 3 over cliffs (voted in top 3's this year) and the longest hole in Scotland 'Hawks Nest' at 656yrds the course didn't let us down
I played some good golf(332yrd drive👀) and some not so good, the boys played steady and and it was all about the company and the experience for us and both were incredible...I'm officially a fan of links golf
With a bit of freshen up we were back on the road and heading up to the home of golf...What was waiting for us was something else...part 2 coming tomorrow and maybe part 3 it was that good 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

MYSTERY.GOLF.DAY
The first AGC Golf Day is here and of course it was never going to be your normal kind of day
This is the first of many 'MYSTERY GOLF DAYS' that I'll be initially running within an hours travel of with bigger plans for the future
So why is it a mystery?
Well I was inspired by Andy from GolfTravelHub] who already runs a similar series and I loved the idea.
With so many fantastic courses on all of our doorsteps that either go undiscovered or people don't get the chance to play for many reasons this is a great way of getting out, meeting new people and experience a new track
And of course it wouldn't be an AGC day without the brands and I'll be supplying prizes on the day from
The format is a simple Stableford for the first event and all those attending will recieve the location postcode the morning of the event (depending on distance to travel)
I can assure you this first course is fantastic and one not to be missed and for £90pp you'll definitely get your monies worth
Due to this being the first event there are 24 spaces available with final bookings no later than 6th July
I can't wait to host my first event and look forward to seeing you there 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

GOLFING.IN.AN.ENGLISH.COUNTRY.GARDEN
What about this summer golf season are you most looking forward to?
was looking in fantastic condition and I'd not played it in about 15 years...👌🏻
Really chilled round with Rob who's a member there and has nothing but positives to say about the club and its members
I played very inconsistent golf but not beating myself up as its been a while since I played 18 and fatigue, lack of concentration and frustration set in but some glimmers of game improvement
We go again and it's was just nice to have a chilled round, in beautiful weather, with good company, on a lovely kept course 👌🏻
