Whiskey Wood Craft

I took on a very special commission this month, a 21st birthday gift for a chess mad family friend. This wasn't just about carving pieces; it was about preserving family history.
The "light" pieces are crafted from Irish Oak salvaged from his great grandfather’s barn. The "dark" pieces are made from Bog Oak found by his father on their family farm.
It was a time-consuming labor of love, but knowing this set will be kept for a lifetime made every hour worth it. Happy 21st Michael!

Fabulous job at showcasing many local goodies from in and around Fermanagh. Well done The Curly Pigs 😊

We were delighted to be invited by Barry to provide food for a group visiting Fermanagh Lakelands with Tourism Nothern Ireland.

We were keen to showcase as many local products as possible and are happy with the result. We're sure you'll agree it looks the part and believe us it all went down a treat.

Alongside our full range of salamis (presented on ***eywoodcraft boards) and an exclusive tasting of our air dried meats (coming soon) we served:

Cheese Biscuits - Celery & Sea Salt, Apple
Cavanbert, Drumlin, Goats 🧀
Young Buck Cheese 🧀
Irish Peat Smoked Pearl Bursts
Fruits for Cheese - Sour Cherry & Cracked Black Pepper, Fig & Thyme
sourdough
Grapes from 🍇

Also, thanks to Glen and Zara for sorting us out with the w**e pairing 🍷 The group are looking forward to dining with you tomorrow evening 🍽

Dreams do come true! We went to see Bruce Springsteen in Belfast last night and Greg handmade an harmonica holder from Irish bog oak in the hopes it could get to Bruce. Before the concert Greg was able to pass it on to a member of the crew and can you believe it,he got it. Not only that,he brought it out on to stage and used it!!!! THE BOSS🤯😱!!! I'm beyond proud of you Greg! Such an amazing achievement 👏
