🌸 We’re Growing – Join the BBL Floral Design Team! 🌸

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for one talented florist to join our team at BBL Floral Design.

The role:
💐 Approximately 3 full days per week including 2/3 Saturdays a month
💐 Creating beautiful bouquets and arrangements
💐 Working in a fast-paced, friendly florist
💐 Helping deliver the high standard of service our customers know and love
💐 Bonus, but not necessary- able to drive a van when needed

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a minimum of 5 years florist experience
• Has a creative eye and attention to detail
• Works well under pressure
• Is reliable, organised and enjoys being part of a team

There will be a practical interview and if successful followed by a paid trial to ensure we’re the right fit for each other, where you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your floristry skills.

Here are our top tips for keeping your flowers happy in the heat:
💧 Keep water topped up daily
✂️ Trim stems at an angle before placing in water
🌿 Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight & heat
🚗 Never leave flowers in a hot car
🌸 Use flower food for longer-lasting blooms

Hydrangeas especially LOVE extra water in warm weather 💦
