Did you watch the solar eclipse last night? 🌙 🌞

Luckily, our eclipse glasses arrived just in time! I also made some extra protection for Daniel, a little tip I picked up from social media.

What a special moment it was.

I still remember watching the eclipse back in 1999. I was Anna’s age then, and yesterday, standing at the very busy Box Hill with my own children, it was so special to experience it all over again and this time with them.

And yes, these definitely aren’t the best eclipse photos! 😂 I hadn’t set my camera up properly and, to be honest, I didn’t really want to spend the whole time trying to figure out the settings so I put the camera down and fully enjoyed the moment.

I’m just so happy that both of them got to experience something they’ll hopefully remember for years to come. And Daniel absolutely loved it too!
