Having your hanger is aligned is very important for perfect shifting.

Check the vertical and horizontal planes at the same point on the wheel and gently bend until the mark on the tool is matching at all points.

Why does it get out of alignment?
The mains reasons are from crashing and bikes getting thrown into back of a car. Either way contact me to get it sorted as part of my service.
