🔨 Floor Preparation Matters! 🔨

This customer discovered that the original latex had failed due to incorrect preparation by the developer.

We removed the failed latex, sanded back the screed, applied the correct primer, and re-latexed the floor using premium Ardex products.

Now the floor is properly prepared and ready for its new flooring installation. 🙌
