We’ve done a little modification on our mould to add a kicker on to our surf skate inspired cruisers. These are wide but quite light. They’re made from birch ply and pressed to have a nice little concave with a nice smooth kicker. They’re pretty versatile and so far we’ve given ours a try on surf skate trucks and 5” trucks and we might have a play with some longboard trucks. I’m still working out the new logo on top 😬

How it started vs how it’s going

Rich has been riding our original chunky kicker (left) to work on dry days. It’s the first kicker we made and sparks a lot of joy 😄 on the right we have my latest design, this one’s for us to test, it’s a prototype so there’s bits to neaten up on the next one. It’s got a sweet concave on it, and we’ve set this one up on surf skate trucks, but I reckon it could be just as nice as a cruiser on 5” trucks.

This ones nearly ready for us to skate and test out. Couple of coats of clear coat to go on it and some surf skate trucks are arriving later this week to make it really fun for carving. It’s a birch cruiser with a little concave for extra control whilst carving up those streets. Finished with an ocean vibe.

I’ve had a lot going on in the workshop lately, which I’m looking forward to sharing. But I finally set this mini longboard cruiser up! It’s 24”x10.5”. Went for Paris trucks, , ABEC 9 bearings, 70mm wheels. It’s rideable barefoot, with a sleek, smooth finish on top. Pretty proud of this little one, it should be a lot of fun!

This board still needs a coating on it but it’s a mini longboard cruiser with an engraved turtle filled with resin, for a really shiney board.

We add an extra layer of ply on our resin engraved boards to retain their strength (as pretty as see through boards are they appear to have a habit of snapping unless they’re thoroughly reinforced, which is why we don’t make see through ones currently)

New skateboard deck! Flat coffin cruiser with resin inlay. Featuring bats in the night sky, some ghosts and a pumpkin plus there’s a little glow in the dark in there!

Our boards featuring resin inlays all have an extra layer of birch laminated on, so as not to effect its weight bearing capabilities, because these boards are made to ride!

This weather is not the one but it’s been a good excuse to work on some new boards alongside some pretty awesome orders we’ve had in.

Here’s a 30” coffin cruiser with a kicker. Bats in the night sky on the bottom and a resin moon with bats on the top. A pretty sweet board based on our chunky kicker but with bats! Chunky kickers are smooth rides perfect for daily commutes

New board! A handcrafted 32” flat cruiser, hand painted with ocean waves and a little jellyfish on top. The next question is which trucks and wheels?

This boards been made from scratch by us out of fsc birch ply, a sustainable wood.
