Ahhh the luxury of hindsight!

Who knew thanks to the inefficiency of others, it would take five months and counting to sell and buy a house!

There are only three parties in our chain! It's insanity!

We said the last time we moved ( 21 years ago) we would never do it again! That was stressful enough with a grumpy ten year old and 6month old twins. But, THIS process has been unbelievable!

Hope you're having a good week because I'm having a truly awful one!

Anybody else absolutely hate when they are reliant on the decisions and actions of others!

After nearly five months with a chain of only three people we still haven't exchanged! Should have happened Tuesday, the first person in the chain apparently sent the deposit and their solicitors couldn't find it!

Yesterday it appears they haven't sent the money because it's tied up in a savings account so now it's going to be at least a week!

Please tell me we're not alone dealing with incompetent people!
