Our friend chef Gideon, who used to cook with Hugh at River Cottage is doing a pop up restaurant in his house in Exeter…and we’re supplying the fish!

As at our previous pop-up events, the evening will be based around a 5 course set menu featuring the best of the season cooked in a flavour-focused way.Drinks are not included in the ticket price and will be available to buy on the night by the glass, the bottle and to take home.

After 35 years (and just a little bit of ageing) from next week, Nick will be taking a step back from the day to day running of the shop.

I’m sure you will still see him from time to time but you will be in very capable hands with Tim and Patrick.
