There is just no helping some customers 😭
Customer bought a front and rear brake line kit for his bike, front fits fine but problem with the rear.
We have sold over 200 sets for this model bike so I ask him for a photo of the issue.
Photo he sends is of an after market hose and he has removed the rear mudguard from his bike that the hose normally routes over, so he is using a shorter route and not in the clips it should clip into.
I send him a photo of an original from the Yamaha website and parts database.
He insists it is standard, so I say fine, send me the standard rubber hose it replaced and I will copy it so it is exact...Nope, he hasn't got it !
I offer to copy the hose he has just sent me a picture of.... nope he hasn't got it !
I offer to make him a hose to his spec....nope I should just send a hose that fits !
How on earth am I supposed to magic a hose that fits ??
Customer is now angry and is sending whole kit back for a refund.
What more can you do ???
