How long do dried flowers actually last? 🌾

We get asked this a lot, so we put together a quick guide! The short answer: most dried flowers last 1-3 years, and some, like pampas grass or lunaria, can go 3-5 years or more with the right care.

A few things that make the biggest difference:
✅ Keep them out of direct sunlight (fading happens fast otherwise)
✅ Store somewhere dry, as humidity is enemy number one
✅ Never water them (it causes rot, not growth!)
✅ Give them a gentle dust every so often
✅ Rotate them occasionally for even light exposure

Papery-textured flowers like strawflowers and statice tend to hold up best over time, while fuller, fleshier blooms like hydrangeas may need a little extra care to stay looking their best.

Featuring a rich blend of yellow helichrysum and lonas, bunny tails, amaranthus, oats, wheat, poppy seed heads, eucalyptus, briza, setaria, nigella, sapponaria, phalaris and tansy, the bouquet combines delicate flowers, seed heads and textural grasses in soft shades of golden yellow, cream, straw and muted green.
