This is my front counter in the shop. Until around two days ago there was a large "Help for Heroes" bright red charity collection cash tin to the left of the card-box containing the "Help for Heroes" bands and pins.....

Sadly, some dirty low-life theiving tramp bag-head has decided to steal the collection tin, no doubt whilst I was helping a customer at the other end of the shop.

Are we really living in a society where people think its acceptable to steal from a charity? A charity that helps people who have suffered as they served to protect our collective liberty and freedom.

Whoever did this is nothing short of a c*nt.

Rest assured that its been reported but the culprit best hope that Old Bill finds them before I do.

Customer Notice: AMNESTY

As many of my friends and regular customers will know, the past couple of years have been very difficult due to my mothers Dementia diagnosis. I would like to thank everyone for their support and kindness.

My opening hours and time spent in the workshop have necessarily been shortened - the work of arranging continued support and care, frequent visits, administrating finances and many other aspects has, and continues to be, a full-time 'job'. The nature of this cruel disease means that it will only ever require more time, more care and more support as time goes on.

I am painfully aware that there are a few jobs on my books that are significantly overdue, and some that have not been started yet - in reality, a few of these jobs will not get completed at all.

As such, and with a heavy heart, for those clients affected I am offerring an 'Amnesty' - if you would like to collect your item, please do so and there will obviously be no charge.

Over the next week or so I will contact affected clients on an individual basis and let them know the options available.

For everyone else, it is very much business as usual - I am simply trying to build-in a time buffer-zone to prevent any other jobs becoming overdue.

Thankyou for your patience and understanding.
