Lets Talk Mobiles was founded in 2009 on the principal that we put customer service first, sales second, in our experience we have come to realise people buy from people and this is our approach. We come with over 20 years combined experience within the mobile phone industry working for such companies as Bristol Mobile Centres, Phones 4 U and JAG Communications. On occasions we work very closely with the local community with youth work experience and charities. When it comes to repairs we believe that attention to detail is paramount and we take the greatest care when handling any repairs. The benefit of choosing us against local competitors is our turnaround time and we are renowned for turn around times within 1 hour. To us your mobile phone is just more then a phone, its your work tool, its your means of communication with your family, its your guide in your quest to get even fitter, or your right hand when managing finances so why would we compromise on quality and care when your phone or tablet is so important. Wow in a blink of an eye and the next "Squishy Swap Shop" is upon us.

The last one was a great success that both Troy and I discussed about hosting this every month, so every last Saturday of the month at Lets Talk Mobiles you can bring your little ones down to trade and swap with other children their fidgets and squishys .

Its a free event with no obligation to buy, but if your little ones want a new squishy we will be offering 10% off our squishys.

To facilitate quicker replies for you guys, we have made an email address specifically for you to contact one of us.

Before I used to manage the emails alone, often having you guys sat in the shared mailbox for weeks, shared with suppliers price sheets, invoices, web enquiries, junk mail, marketing mail and more.

Missed emails, frustrated customers, and repair enquries back logging.

Hopefully this helps you guys, but remember we are only a small team of two, we cant always answer the phone, you wont get an instant reply, you might not even get seen or your troubles sorted straightaway.

But you will have the knowledge to know we are trying, trying to improve turnaround times and trying to fit you all in.

It's not long now until our Squishy Swap Shop!!! We are REALLY EXCITED

When: August 29th 1PM till 3PM
Where: Lets Talk Mobiles
Cost: Free
Bonus: Yep of course, 10% off our squishy toys

This is a free event happening instore where you can come along (with an adult) to trade your squishies with other squishy fanatics, so if you're a little bored of some of your squishy collection, come along and trade!

The only rules that apply are;
1. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Swaps are 1 for 1.
3. You cannot swap/trade for squishies with us.
