That’s our Summer Holiday over and it’s been such a chilled holiday, one very much needed especially as it’s been 3 years since we went as a family of 4. It was so so hot that we really didn’t do much but that was ok as the villa had everything there we needed and when we didn’t want to leave the pool we ordered cocktails and our food from all the different restaurants around us. Perfect !!
Totally fallen in love with Turkey, so welcoming and friendly and the location near the mountains gave us a bigger sense of their culture and not just the beach tourism. We had chickens, tortoises, cats and even goats with bells going past the villas. Everywhere there was fruit growing in the trees, we had lemon, limes and pomegranates in our property but on the walls we came across figs, grapes, melons, corn, nectarines just growing randomly.
Can’t wait to go back next year but for now it’s back to reality and the fact that it feels like almost Autumn here in Scotland ! 😱.
