Having a wee frustrated moan tonight about my general health situation.

I knew I would be tired this week after working Sunday last week for the Transport festival in the town but I rested as I needed to continue with the packing up of my storage space and the move back into a container again.

My wonderful Mum and Dad as always were on hand to help with the move but ultimately I hurt myself eventhough I took breaks and was being sensible. In reality I basically shouldn’t have even tried to move it on Tuesday and the last few days I have suffered because of it.

So frustrating 😔😔😔 having this issue with my neck just sucks big time !! Can’t believe it’s been 8 years now since I woke up with my left arm not moving and the ensuing drama with my health and losing my career etc. 🤯🤯

Anyway moan over … I will be back in shop tomorrow all being well.
