We have decided to make our lovely new heritage cafe and bar a not for profit enterprise. Not just for lockdown takeaways but permanently.
It was never about making money. I really wanted to create a special hub In the heart if falmouth, in what I believe is one of the most beautiful buildings here.
I want it to not only be the beating heart of our beautiful town but to give it a soul.

All our profits will go to causes close to our hearts both local and global. Locally we wil provide free meals for every dog that is currently homeless as well as looking out for his human companion. We are launching in Falmouth the billy chip , where anyone can purchase the chip and pass it to anyone living on the streets. This can then be exchanged in the cafe for food and hot drinks. We also want to encourage other cafes to get on board that initiative, already a big success in Bristol.

Our global support is for maiti Nepal an organisation that rescues and rehabilitates girls that have been sold into sexual slavery.

we sadly have to close barney browns gifts until 2nd December
however barney and I will are next door in the cafe doing an extensive take away service. so please pop by and say hello . whilst you can not go into the shop if there is anything that you would like you can message , reserve and collect it from the cafe. when we can re-open in December we will be extending our hours of business
