What a fabulous first week of our new exhibition by Benita Vivian! 🎉

Benita is a Cornwall-based artist working primarily in acrylic and mixed media.

She is best known for her aerial-view paintings, which explore coastal scenes from above. 🏊🏻‍♀️

Benita’s work focuses on beaches, swimmers, and paddle-boarders, with backgrounds that emphasise the mood, movement, and energy of each scene.

The paintings perfectly capture summer moments through texture and colour. ☀

Pop in and see the exhibition in Falmouth, it’s on display until the 22nd August! See you soon. 👋

Meet Sharon! Her miniature, wearable works of art are beautiful, and a favourite of ours in the shop. 🎉

Texture and surface pattern are Sharon’s passion. She combines copper & brass to create colour contrasts then uses etching, embossing & hammering to create unique surfaces.

A leaping copper hare under a crescent moon, featuring a tiny toadstool. 🌙

Amanda’s work is hand fabricated using traditional tools and techniques, often from recycled materials and found items.

Her miniature sculptures are whimsical one-of-a-kinds, and very special.

We have a brilliant new exhibition in the gallery! We are delighted to welcome Jenny Bunt to Inspire Makers.

Jenny has lived in Cornwall for over thirty years. Being in this beautiful part of the country has enabled her to explore its stunning coastline. 🌊

As a self-taught artist, through her love of bright colours and fascination with the ocean and its habitat, Jenny’s passion is to create vibrant abstract jellyfish.

With the use of alcohol ink as a medium, she creates original and unique paintings of these very graceful creatures within our shores.

Pop in and see the show which is on display until the 25th July.🎨
