Due to the amount of prizes I have on offer, the weigh in will be back at the shop, anyone competiting can mingle in the car park here whilst I measure squid in the shop, I will then come out to announce winners and hand out the prizes 😊

Proud to announce our first ANNUAL Squid Competition !!!!

This October, the 17th Saturday , I will be hosting a squid Competition here in Falmouth🎣🎣

🔹️ Sign on at the shop : 9am - 4pm

🔹️ Sign on at the pow pier : 4pm - 5pm

🔹️ Time for fishing : 5pm - 8pm

🔹️ "Weigh in" : 8:00pm - 8.30pm

🦑 Winner announced at 9pm 🦑

🌟 ADULT SIGN ON £5 / JUNIOR SIGN ON FREE (under 16s)🌟

So the rules are simple...

× Longest Squid Wins !

× SHORE BASED ONLY

× Sign on with me at the prince of Wales pier or here in the shop on Saturday

× You do not have to fish the pier, you may sign on and fish elsewhere locally, though i do encourage everyone to please fish in and around the area of Falmouth

× The comp will run for 3 hours

× You must return with your biggest squid between 8:00-8.30pm to enter it - Winner will be announced at 9pm

× Junior and Adults will compete separately - for separate prizes!

A massive thank you to the guys and gals from HTO Lures for putting on some excellent prizes !!!

If this one turns out good, I will be making this an annual event 😊

I will have squid jigs on me for sale if anyone needs to purchase any at the sign on, though I reccomend popping into the shop prior if you need any 🦑🦑
