Our June sketchbook club is just around the corner! We’ve got a few tickets left and we’d love to see you there!

From 6.30-7pm you’ll head out for a walk to gather inspiration. Those who can’t make this are welcome to join us in store from 7pm. Just bring some photos along that you might like to work from…

Suffolk artist Ruth Lyne - Abstract landscapes and seascapes will be hosting the evening. It’s a lovely relaxed environment, to simply explore and create.

Tickets are £18 and include a refreshing drink or a coffee from our cafe counter!

This time next week, we’re welcoming Suffolk artist Ruth Lyne abstract art to our Felixstowe sketchbook club!
Thursday 25th June 7-8.30pm
A super fun, relaxed evening to play, explore and create!
Ruth will be guiding you through ways to begin, sharing her own artistic practice with a focus on composition, texture and finding the abstract.

Rolling into Friday again, we’re ready to welcome you this weekend in Felixstowe. It looks like the weather might bring us a bit of everything… but we have delicious coffee, proud to be pouring Crude Coffee Roasters ☕️
We’ve got cold drinks and iced lattes when the sun shines as well as Simply Ice Cream - Family Business … the flavours are👌
And we’ll have a counter full of savoury snacks and sweet treats.

Come and join our monthly sketchbook club at Thrive! This June we’re welcoming Felixstowe based artist Ruth Lyne abstract art and looking at ‘finding the abstract’
A super relaxed evening, to explore, play, create and learn. We’re really passionate about creating a space you can meet like minded creatives and to grow our sketchbook club.
Each month we will be inviting different local artists, focusing on a variety of themes and materials.

Introducing our next team member… meet Nicola!
You’ll often find Nicola at our Helmingham Hall shop on Wednesdays. She’s also one of our talented makers and the face behind which you can shop at both our stores. Beautiful crystal jewellery, Nicola is very knowledgeable about all the different stones she uses too, so if you want to know more pop in and say hi.
When she’s not shop keeper for Thrive, you will find Nicola teaching yoga or busy with her sewing business too.
Whilst I’ve not been able to be at the shops much, Nicola has been a brilliant help setting up our Helmingham pop and also co creating our beautiful paper wisteria display with Jacqui, the perfect touch to our little store!

Saturdays at Thrive. Keeping it cosy on a rainy June day. We’ve got cosy corners to bring your book, some new savoury pastries and all of the coffee! Or meet with friends and try our delicious tea blends and a slice of cake, this one is the happy blend tea, perfect for a drizzly afternoon.
Summer hopefully pending soon! 🤞🏻

A little update for our June opening hours. Please bear with us this month, if there are any last minute changes we will keep our social media updated. Our little team and amazing friends, family, makers, customers and volunteers have all rallied to help out, so if you do stop by either shop please say hi! I’m bottling up all the kindness from everyone keeping this little business alive whilst I’m not able to physically be there! I can’t tell you how much it means 🤗

We made it for the Spring Plant Fair weekend and the sun is shining!! If you’re stopping by Helmingham this weekend please do pop in and see the team. I really hope you enjoy our little store and maybe discover something special whilst you’re there.
