Happy August 1st! July flew by, and here are some of the beautiful babies I had the pleasure of pet sitting or walking in July. Thank you to all of my human and pet clients. 🐾💕

I hope I get to pet sit beautiful rag doll boys Jack and Loki when it’s colder.
They are incredibly sweet, and Jack is the cuddliest floofer I think I’ve ever met. He is surely an adorable cold weather cuddly companion. 🐾💕

When I pet sit a pair of cats, I find that one is usually more extroverted than the other. The more outgoing boys will run over and sometimes even yell at me for cuddles and pets, and I happily oblige. It’s incredibly gratifying when the shyer kitties begin to trust you. I give them time and space to get to know me, and when they seek me out for pets, my heart feels like it’s going to explode with happiness. Earning the affection of a pet is one of the best feelings in the world. 🐾💕

Does anyone else have a hard time making or changing their bed?
I don’t have the heart to disturb them while they are all snoozing so soundly together. 💕🐾

July means holiday which means lots of pet sits, visits, and walks. I love spending time with my furry friends. 🐾💕 sitter

July is holiday season, and I’m watching the most wonderful fur babies this month. I did an in home pet sit for my beautiful boy Saxon, visits to feline friends in Ferryhill, Arthur and Merlin. I’ve enjoyed evening walks with Ralphy, and am cat sitting the incredibly handsome rag doll brothers, Jack and Loki. My clothes are fur covered and my heart is full. 🐾💕

Angus, my baby panther.

Day 3 of introducing you to my own fur babies. I adopted Angus from Cats Protection Arbroath in 2017.
He and his day old siblings had been left at the rescue, and the volunteers bottle fed each and every one of these fuzzy kitty cotton balls. He went from an Arbroath Angus to an Aberdeen Angus overnight.
Angus identifies as a hobbit. He demands 1st breakfast, 2nd breakfast, elevensies, and so on. He’s a baby panther, a chatty catty, and a champion cuddlier.
Angus is the best nap buddy. He lays next to me, purring, while I pet his chubby belly. He loves his brother and sisters, and I often find them bathing each other or cat napping together.
In the evenings, he sits in his blanket lined Amazon box in the living room while we relax and watch tv. He loves to wake me in the morning for first breakfast by licking my nose with his scratchy tongue. I must have the most exfoliated nose in Scotland.
Black cats and dogs are the least adopted and most euthanised because of their colour. I hope that sounds as crazy to you as it does to me, and that you will educate and encourage people to adopt black dogs and cats. Black cats are special because they are known to be affectionate and intelligent. I feel very lucky to have Angus in my life and as a part of my mini zoo. 🐈‍⬛
