I can’t quite believe it … 15 years 💫
15 YEARS OF AMY ANNAND FLOWERS 🤍
15 years of flowers, weddings, creativity and doing what I love.
..but it started long before 2011 💫
As a child, I was forever creating little ‘wedding arrangements and posies’ in the garden. That love of flowers eventually took me from studying History in Aberdeen to Floral Design & Business in London.
My time in London gave me the opportunity to work as a Senior Florist and Operations Manager for some incredible florists, including Jane Packer, Moyses Stevens and McQueens. Then, in 2011, it was time to come home to Fife and start something of my own.
For eight years, I ran my flower shop in Newport-on-Tay, while growing the wedding side of the business. In 2020, I made another big change, moving to my private studio and focusing completely on weddings. And I haven’t looked back.
Hundreds of bouquets, buttonholes, installations and very special wedding days later, I still feel incredibly lucky to do this. Every wedding is different. Every couple brings new ideas. And I still get excited about the flowers every single time.
Thank you to every couple, venue and industry pal who has trusted me over the past 15 years. Here’s to the next chapter. 🥂🌿
