Just to let everyone know we are open until 12.30 today.

We are then closed until Wednesday the 28th and for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday next week we will open from 9am until 2.30pm. Then Saturday (NYE) 9 until 12.30, and back to normal hours on Tuesday 3rd January.

We would like to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and thank you for your custom.

Forged £20’s 😡
There seem to be a lot of new forged £20 notes in the area! Please note there are no raised dots down the left hand side.

There seems to be a lot of these text messages doing the rounds at the moment. These are scams the post office will never send a text about parcels and text messages will be from the courier not just a mobile number.

3rd May 1945 - 18th August 2021

As the ex postmaster in the village for over 20 years we will be closing today from 12.00 until 12.15 as a mark of respect.

Steve’s funeral will be leaving 41 Bridlington Street at about 12 noon, proceeding along Bridlington Street up past the post office and then on to East Riding Crematorium for 12.30 pm.
