🐟 Fresh Fish Friday at The Seafood Shack! 🦐
This Friday, I'll be at Mrs Kirkham's Cheese from 9:00am to 1:00pm with a fantastic selection of super fresh fish and seafood.

At The Seafood Shack, I believe quality is everything. I hand-pick only the very best fish and seafood, so you can be sure you're taking home the freshest produce available.

🐠 Why is fish so important in your diet?
Fish is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It's naturally rich in high-quality protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and essential minerals. Eating fish regularly can help support your heart, brain, eyes, and joints, while also being a great choice for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Come along this Friday, stock up on the freshest fish around, and taste the difference that quality makes.
