🥰NEWS ALERT🥰

We're thrilled to announce that we have been named as a FINALIST in the 2027 Lancashire Tourism Small Event Award for our SEND Grotto weekend - an event which recognises our commitment to creating experiences that every family can enjoy.

Our SEND Grotto was designed to give children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities the opportunity to enjoy the magic of meeting Santa in a calm, relaxed and welcoming environment. With bookable appointments, reduced noise, trained and understanding staff, and a flexible approach tailored to each family's needs, it created magical memories for families who often find traditional festive experiences difficult to access. - and there was also no financial barrier as the whole experience was free of charge.

Providing free, inclusive family events has always been at the heart of what we do, and to see that recognised by the Lancashire Tourism Awards means so much to our whole team. ❤️
