A little write up about Dragon- Crafts and basically why I do it.

About Dragon-Crafts

Dragon Crafts is a small, independent business based in Wales and Manchester, creating unique, personalised printed gifts and garments. Every item is designed, printed, and finished in house, with care, patience, and pride poured into each piece from start to finish.

Dragon Crafts was born during one of the most difficult periods of my life. After experiencing a serious mental health breakdown that led to self harm and several years of therapy, I needed something that gave me purpose when everything else felt overwhelming. What started as a creative outlet slowly became a lifeline.
Selling at local craft events played a huge role in my recovery. They gave me a reason to keep going, helped me rebuild my confidence, and allowed me to reconnect with people at my own pace. Each conversation, each sale, and each smile helped me take another step forward. Dragon Crafts quite literally helped me find my way back to myself.

Today, the business continues to grow, but its heart remains the same. I am now working to expand Dragon Crafts by introducing new products, exploring new printing techniques, and reaching more people through the website — all while keeping the personal, hands on approach that has always defined the brand.
Our range includes printed clothing, giftware, greetings cards, calendars, glassware, and novelty items. Designs are inspired by humour, animals, countryside life, seasonal themes, and popular culture including gaming, TV, and film. Everything is affordably priced, because meaningful, well made gifts should be accessible to everyone.

Personalisation is at the heart of what we do. Customisation using existing designs is offered at no extra charge, allowing customers to create something truly their own. If new artwork or design changes are needed, these are always discussed openly and honestly before any work begins — no surprises, just friendly, transparent service.

Products are created using a range of methods including printed vinyl, cut vinyl, sublimation, 3D printer filament, and laser engraving. All items are tested to ensure they are safe for hand washing and machine or dishwasher use where applicable (excluding 3D printed items). For safety reasons, no items should be placed in a microwave.

Dragon Crafts is also proud to run Rainbow Dragon, a subsidiary website dedicated to providing unique products for the LGBTQ+ community, alongside a full range of pride themed gifts and garments. This reflects our belief in inclusivity, self expression, and celebrating people exactly as they are.

At its core, Dragon Crafts is more than a business. It’s a story of survival, creativity, and connection. Every made to order item carries a personal touch — not just because it’s handmade, but because it’s created with empathy, care, and genuine understanding. Our goal is simple: to create thoughtful, meaningful gifts that stand apart from mass produced alternatives and remind people they are not alone.

Where is Dragon-Crafts going to be this year I hear you all cry? Well here is the current listing of all the shows I have booked a place at. Hopefully there will be a few more to add as I am still waiting to hear back from some events. There are some changes this year as I am missing going to one of my favourite shows but it clashes with another set of shows and I need to try somethings different sometime.
