Pop along, have a wander around all the lovely stalls, and don’t forget to grab yourself a coffee and a slice of cake from the weekly charity-run café while you’re here! ☕🍰 We’d love to see you! 🛍️❤️

🌦️ Flitwick Friday Market – 4th September 🌦️

September already?! Where did the summer go? 😲

This Friday is looking like a bit of drizzle, but nothing we can’t cope with. Grab the umbrella, pop down for a wander, and we’ll provide the friendly faces.

☕ Clumsy Mare Coffee Van is here!
Emma will be on hand with proper coffee, hot chocolate, and plenty of baked treats too — so even with the baker taking a week off, you can still get your caffeine and cake fix while you wander around the market. Not a bad backup plan at all 😄

🍰 Charity Coffee Morning – Mid Beds Widows Group
This week’s coffee morning is being run by the Mid Beds Widows Group, providing friendship, support and companionship within the local community.

Pop inside, escape the drizzle, grab yourself a cuppa and a slice of cake, and support a lovely local group. ☕🍰

🛍️ Plenty of your regular traders will still be there with fresh produce, fish, eggs, plants, knitting supplies, household essentials and more.

So whether you’re stocking up for the weekend, grabbing a few essentials, or just fancy a wander and a chat, there’ll still be plenty to see.

At the time of writing, the forecast is suggesting rain later in the day, so our advice is simple: get down early while it’s looking drier. As always though… forecasts have been known to change their minds 😄

Don't forget, some traders may move inside the Village Hall in the inclement weather! Do check in there too

Finally… a bit of relief from the heat! 😅 Friday is looking noticeably cooler than the weather we’ve had lately, which should make for a much more comfortable wander around the market.

🍰 Charity Coffee Morning – Royal British Legion
This week’s coffee morning is in aid of The Royal British Legion, supporting serving and former members of the Armed Forces and their families.

Pop inside for a cuppa, some cake and a chat while supporting a fantastic cause. ❤️

🍜 No Louise’s Thai Food or ☕Clumsy Mare Coffee This Week
Both Louise and Emma will be missing this Friday, so you may need to arrive already fed and caffeinated 😄

After Thursday’s heat, Friday is looking a little cooler — but still lovely and warm! Perfect weather for a wander around the market without quite feeling like you’re being cooked along with lunch 😄☀️

This week’s coffee morning is supporting Carers in Bedfordshire, helping unpaid carers and young carers who look after family members or friends.

They provide information, advice, wellbeing support, groups and opportunities for carers to have their voices heard — so pop inside for a cuppa, cake and a chat while supporting an important local organisation. 💜
