Happy Easter weekend, folks! I've spent the last week upcycling these lil plastic eggs with crocheted covers. I wrote a version of this pattern way back before I was dyeing yarn, and I thought it was due an update.

Reintroducing the Spring Chicken Easter Egg pattern 🐣 it's really very simple. You don't even need the plastic eggs, you can use toy stuffing or old scraps to give it shape, if you prefer.

I'm using shades from my 2025 yarn advent for these ones. I'll never not love a pastel/neon combo 😌😎
