We’re back home and a day has passed and we still can’t quite believe we are the British Firework Champions!🥳🥳
So many people to thank:
1. The amazing organisers and volunteers
2. The fantastic crowd who are also so welcoming when we walk the streets of Plymouth.
3. Our competitors, your camaraderie is much appreciated. Special thanks goes to who swapped places with us to give us time to sort a technical issue and then went on to win the young people’s choice award.
4. for feeding us and providing support.
5. To our amazing HGV driver Wayne who also helped us load and unload
6. To Steve and the team Pyroquip for the loan of racks, such a great system and anyone else who lent us kit.
7. Our families, who put up with our absence over many weeks while we prepared this display.
8. To Myles our designer, where would we be without you mate !
9. To this amazing team of dedicated crew who work so hard all year and mainly do this for the love of fireworks. You deserve this so much.
But lastly to Dad, who lent us the money to start this business and always had faith in our capability. He sadly passed away earlier this year. This one was for you, we know you were watching and we did you proud !🫶

Can’t quite believe this has happened in the last 24 hours! To say we are overwhelmed is an understatement.
Thanks to our amazing crew who so deserve this.! Thanks to the organisers, amazing crowd and our fellow competitors for making this day so special 🩷🩷

A little R&R before the big day tomorrow. Sun and sea and a lovely boat trip to see tonight’s competing teams and Jamie caught up with one of his old Naval friends 🤣🤣This is the life!
