Thank you so much to everyone who supported, donated and helped with our annual Macmillan coffee morning, cake sale and staff bake off last Friday

We smashed last years total raising a whopping

Due to ongoing problems with our Lottery terminal, we recently decided to give notice to the Lottery franchise holder, Allwyn, that we no longer wished to be a Lottery retailer. Their third party contractor has today visited the site and removed the terminal, so we will no longer be able to sell or redeem Lottery tickets or scratch cards with immediate effect.

We regret the inconvenience this will cause customers. We were hoping that the machine would commence working again at some point during the 60 day notice period we were obliged to give so customers could at least redeem the tickets and cards they currently have, but they removed the machine just three days after giving notice. Sadly this efficiency is not matched in other areas of their operation.
